Hello, I am Lestel Meade. I joined the CENTURY 21 Humpal, Inc team in 1997. I have a varied background with a Bachelors degree in Social Work, and a Masters degree in Education. When I started in real estate I felt like I had found my niche. I love what I do. I have become one of the top producing members of the CENTURY 21 Humpal, Inc. team and the CENTURY 21 system. I have been ranked in the top 50 agents in the Rocky Mountain Region since 1999. I am able to combine a high level of production with quality service. I have continued my education in real estate and have earned the GRI or Graduate of the Real Estate Institute designation. In 2005, I became a CRS, Certified Residental Specialist. Only 4% of agents nationwide have this designation. In order to better serve my sellers, I have obtained my Certified Distressed Property Expert designation (2009) and my Master Certified Negotiations Expert designation (2015). My business is equally divided between helping buyers and sellers. I enjoy all aspects of real estate.

Fort Collins has been home to my family since 1988. I cannot imagine living anywhere else. I do love to travel and explore other places, but, "there is no place like home."
